My Kaela turns 4....holy Crap I'm old

So Kaela's birthday was Back in March, but I am a bad mom and am just now getting pictures up on my blog. We had Grandma's and Grandpa's and cousin's and aunts and uncles and two of my best friends there for her big #4.
It was super hero themed, and so every one wore a cape.

Every time that she opened a present she would look up and say, "thank you everyone".

It was VERY cute.
She got SPOILED!!! Family got her clothes and crayons, crayons and more crayons. She loves coloring.
Joe and I got her a bike....she freaked:):):)

One of My friends got her spider man socks and sunglasses.... she still won't take off the socks.
And then Lani got her blue nail polish.

Kaela was absolutely ELATED!! Joe hid it immediately. LOL!!!

Kaela is loud, and stubborn and emotional and SO FUNNY! She loves her big brother and needs constant approval from me and her daddy. She exhausts me and excites me and makes me smile EVERYDAY. How lucky I am that she is mine.

Apparently Joe is not the ruler of the Universe....

we were sitting down for dinner as a family the other night.

And Joe and I were asking the kids how there day was over a delicious meal that Joe and I had cooked, and Sam said something cute. (I can't remember exactly what)

But Joe, being the sarcastic person that he is replied to Sam saying,

"I am the ruler of the universe."
I laughed.

But then Sam looked at his daddy and shook his head and replied,

"No dad, Heavenly father is the ruler of the Universe."
Joe and I laughed.

So cute coming from a 5 year old.

I'm a Redneck

Seriously, I had to go to work like that.
Then I slept through my alarm the next morning and had to be 2 hours late for work so that I could go get it fixed.
I was furious...
Joe just laughed.
In fact, everyone, even the brides that I had to help that day laughed.
Now, almost a month later. I am finally laughing.
